Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your analog journey.
Are your vintage cameras tested and functional?
Yes, every camera undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and professional cleaning. We ensure that shutters, light meters, and lens glass meet our high standards before they are listed for sale.
What is your return policy for film and cameras?
We offer a 30-day warranty on all hardware. If your camera malfunctions, we will repair or replace it. Please note that unexposed film cannot be returned once the seal is broken due to light sensitivity risks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
How long does film processing take?
Our standard lab turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days for C-41 color film and 5 to 7 business days for Black & White or E-6 slide film.
Can I trade in my old camera gear for store credit?
We do buy select vintage cameras and accessories. You can bring your gear to our Brooklyn storefront or email us photos for a preliminary appraisal and trade-in quote.
How should I store my film to ensure quality?
We recommend storing your film in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage, keeping film in a refrigerated environment (below 55°F/13°C) helps preserve the chemical integrity and color balance.
